В русской версии Windows при входе в системе по умолчанию стоит русская раскладка клавиатуры, что не удобно, если у вас пароль состоит из английских символов.
Для того, чтобы сделать английскую раскладку по умолчанию необходимо в ветке реестра
HKEY_USERS.DEFAULTKeyboard LayoutPreload
параметру “1″ установить значение “00000409″, а параметру “2″ значение “00000419″.
